Description
To cover our future personnel needs, we are training Chemical Technicians (m/f/d). In this apprenticeship, you will learn to control and monitor chemical processes in our modern facilities.
Responsibilities
- Reception, control and storage of metal-containing waste (secondary raw materials)
- Operating machines and systems for processing (recycling)
- Controlling and monitoring processing processes
- Conducting and monitoring wastewater treatment
- Operating and monitoring a chemical-physical treatment plant
- Carrying out maintenance, repair and installation work
- Conducting laboratory tests
- Documentation of all processes
Requirements
- Strong interest in natural science subjects such as chemistry and physics as well as mathematics and technology
- A secondary school leaving certificate (Realschule)
- Physical resilience and endurance due to predominantly standing activities
- Dexterity and good practical skills
- Good perception ability
- Care, accuracy and sense of order
- Strong willingness to perform
- A positive attitude towards environmental protection
- Good expression skills in German in word and writing
- Basic knowledge in handling computers and programs for word processing and spreadsheet calculation
